Ethernet OAM application failed to initialize timers.This should not occur unless otherwise there is a systemwide problem and all application attempt to interface with timer module fails.
When this happens,any timer based events/functionalities may not work as expected.See if restarting the process solves this problem. Under normal circumstances this should not happen, however if it does, please escalate to engineering.
