A peer on this VPLS instance has an MTU size that does not match the locally configured VPLS MTU. They must match for the two switches to exchange VC LSP labels.
Check configuration of local and remote switches. For the local switch, the VPLS MTU size can be seen in the output of 'show vpls detail'. This parameter is set on a per-VPLS basis.
