The configured external lookup tables setting is not applied. The switch is operating with the current external lookup tables setting as reported in show forwarding configuration. This will occur if the external lookup tables setting was modified and the switch was rebooted without saving the configuration or a new configuration file was loaded with a different external lookup tables setting.
Reboot the switch to re-apply the configured setting which will become the current setting. Or modify the setting, save and reboot to apply a new setting.
