VLAN Mgr received a netlink message which had an error and could not be handled. The actual log will contain details about the specific error and any related error codes.
The messages that will not be handled could be related to the state of IP addresses. The "show [ip|ipv6] dad" commands can be used to look for IP addresses that are in the wrong state. Any IP addresses in the wrong state could be unconfigured and re-configured. If no suspect IP addresses are found, or the logs continue, technical assistance will be required. Information from the "show tech vlan detail" command should be provided to the technical support specialist.
