Commands are relayed to the fan tray via the Power Fan Controller(PFC). The PFC is getting timeouts when it attempted to relay these commands to the fan tray. The fan tray microcontroller could be hung or defective.
Hotswap the fan tray or power cycle the switch.
Warning
The Power Fan Controller has received %times% consecutive timeouts from fan tray #%fanTray% when attempting to relay commands to it. The fan tray will be put into failed state if it's not in that state already.
