A component that manages transmitting requests from internal management module applications to IO cards has detected that a valid TCP connection to the slot for a given slot type is not established.
This is possibly a result of insufficent system resources. The internal component will retry the request. If the problem persists, then try reducing the number of features that you have enabled on your system.
Error
A request to send a message to an IO card was rejected because a valid connection does not exist for slot # %slotNo% , conduit type %cndt%, and socket %sock% - other message parameters call arg1 %app1%, call arg2 %app2%.
