OSPF NM communications with PM failed. OSPF NM cannot communicate with PM. NM handles this condition by deactivating. OSPF failed to initialize or OSPF failed. This condition is self-clearing. NM recovers when NM is able to communicate with PM again.
Wait a few seconds and see whether OSPF recovers. Note that this condition can occur in normal operation if NM is activated before PM or deactivated after PM. If OSPF does not recover from the failure, then gather diagnostics and contact support.
