This event occurs when the configured first-arrival MAC address limit has been reached. The first arrival learn limit can be configured using "configure mac-locking ports <port_list> first-arrival limit-learning <learn_limit>" CLI command. This event gets logged only when logging is enabled using "configure mac-locking ports <port_list> log threshold on" CLI command.
