This message gets displayed during Label Switch Path(LSP) message processing. The Dataplane manage receives these messages over the Label Switch Interface(LSI) from the Label Manager.
This is a debug message, and it's normal to be displayed when a filter is created to display debug messages for the mpls.dpm subcomonent.
