Could not register protocol interface with VLAN manager on the VLAN port interface when a call back is received from VLAN.
'show process erps' and check if the process is in ready state. Collect output from 'show erps' command and validate the ring port and VLAN information for the specific ring. If problem persists issue a 'disable erps' and then 'enable erps'.
