This event occurs because the log action is configured for Port Flood Rate and the ingress traffic rate has exceeded the rate limit. The log action is one of the configurable out actions to be taken when the rate limit is exceeded with the "configure ports [<port_list>|<port_group>] rate-limit flood...out-actions" command
The out-of-profile status may be cleared using the "clear ports rate-limit flood out-of-profile" command. A review of the Port Flood Rate-Limit configuration may be warranted.
