RFC2461 states that Router Advertisements must contain a hop limit of 255, but a packet was received which did not. This means either that the other router is misconfigured and is sending the packet with an invalid hop count, or there is a network problem causing link local ICMP6 packets to be inappropriately routed.
No remedy is available.
