A hello packet was received that indicates the sending interface address is not on the same link-local subnet as the receiving interface.
This check is performed when adjacency checking for IPv6 is enabled. If this is undesirable, disable adjacency checking. Otherwise, ensure that the interfaces on either side of the adjacency are configured for the same IPv6 subnet.
