This message gets displayed when Label Switch Path(LSP) data is written to the kernel software forwarder interface. The original request is received by the Dataplane Manager from the Label Manager.
This is a debug message, and it's normal to be displayed when a filter is created to display messages for the Dataplane Manager (DPM) MPLS sub-component.
