A PFC configuration was applied to a chassis that contains MSMs that do not support fabric flow control. If ingress and egress ports are on different I/O modules, PFC may not work as expected.
The customer can continue with the configuration, which may work in his environment. However, if fabric flow control is needed, the older MSMs will need to be replaced with newer MSMs that support the fabric configuration.
Warning
Priority Flow Control is enabled but system behavior will not be optimal since older MSMs are present that cannot be programmed for fabric flow control.
