The specified LSP is larger than the specified interface's MTU. As a result, the LSP cannot be propogated over that interface.
The MTU on this adjacency may not be sufficient for ISIS to operate over. The topology may need to be redesigned to use a larger MTU, or LSPs in general may need to be reduced in size by using fewer or smaller TLVs.
