A 3-way handshake TLV in a point-to-point Hello PDU did not contain the correct neighbor (this rbridge's) circuit ID.
Packets may be leaking to the wrong port and TRILL interface via a network misconfiguration. Confirm that only two TRILL rbridges are participating in this point-to-point adjacency and that hello packets cannot cross to other ports.
