This message gets displayed when Label Switch Path(LSP) data is written to the HAL interface. The original request is received by the Dataplane Manager from the Label Manager.
This is a debug message, and it's normal to be displayed when a filter is created to display messages for the Dataplane Manager (DPM) MPLS sub-component.
