During DR change an MLAG peer switch becoming a DR should clear the checkpoint database corresponding to the VLAN on which it has become the DR. This event indicates that the local switch is the DR on the specified VLAN and hence it is clearing off the information pertaining to the specified VLAN from the database entry corresponding to the given source and group.
