Receive of a health-check message has failed. Failing to recieve multiple health-check messages results in this node falsely declaring MLAG peers to be down causing it to block traffic from the ISC port to the MLAG ports. This leads to loss of traffic to the remote end of MLAG links when the remote MLAG port on peer switch fails.
If this condition is transient, this situation will usually correct itself once MLAG health check packets are successfully received. However, if the issue persists, please check if the ISC link is flapping. Else escalate to engineering.
