Communication attempts between the Power Fan Controller(PFC) and the fan tray have failed a number of times so the PFC has notified the system. The fan tray will be put into failed state.
Hotswap the fan tray or power cycle the switch.
Warning
Notification was received from the Power Fan Controller that it is unable to communicate with fan tray #%fanTray%. The fan tray will be put into failed state if it's not in that state already.
