This condition occurs when the neighbor Pdelay is greater than to the neighbor Pdelay threshold. The port is no longer asCapable. The MDPdelayReq state machine is in the WAITING_FOR_PDELAY_INTERVAL_TIMER state. See figure 11-8 of the IEEE 802.1AS-2001 document.
