This event occurs when a policy client memory allocation fails.
This is a rare internal condition needing technical assistance. Restart the policy client process using the CLI command "restart process policy". If the event still occurs, contact technical support after gathering relevant information using "show tech-support" CLI command and uploading the debug data out of the switch using "upload debug <ipaddress> vr vr-mgmt" CLI command.
