Used when ospf does not correctly receive DD or LS Req packet. %vlan%: the ospf vlan which received the message. %pkttype%: the packet type. It is DD or LS Req packet. %src%: the source IP address of the received packet. %reason": the failure reason.
If failure happens due to configuration issue, that needs to be corrected.
