Recommend Installing FirmWare Update: Every EXOS release comes with updated firmware that is well tested, however as the firmware update needs to be done manually in-field scenarios may come up where EXOS may be latest, but the firmware may be old.
Running a firmware upgrade with the CLI command 'install firmware' should resolve the situation.
