To access the appliance remotely, use the SSH protocol version 2.

You must have a client that supports SSH v 2 installed on the remote workstation used to connect to the AirDefense appliance. If you attempt to use SSH protocol 1, you will receive a protocol error message in syslog.Launch your SSH client and connect to the IP address of the AirDefense appliance.
