To request a license or to check if your requested license has been received:

Select the I need to request a license or check on a pending request option
and then click Next.

Enter your company name, contact name, email address, and server serial
number.

Click Next.
The system first checks to see if you have a pending license
request. If a request has been made and the license has been received, it is
installed.
After installation, the following message is displayed:
Licenses installed successfully.

If there are no pending request, follow the prompts to request a license.
