If you are an Admin User, you can change passwords for other users. You do not need to know the current password. Additionally, all users can change their own password using Password Reset under , but they must know their current password to change it. Non-admin users who have forgotten their password will need an Admin User to create a new one.
Password Criteria
Password must include lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers and symbols. Password must be 8-32 characters in length. Password may not contain spaces or tabs.
