Configures an OSFPv3 area as a normal area.
| area_identifier | Specifies an OSPFv3 area, a four-byte, dotted decimal number. |
Normal.
Virtual links can be configured through normal areas. External routes can be distributed into normal areas.
The following command configures an OSPFv3 area as a normal area:
configure ospfv3 area 10.1.0.0 normal
This command was first available in ExtremeXOS 11.2.
This command is available on platforms with an Advanced Edge or Core license as described in the Feature License Requirements document.
