Creates an RSVP-TE routed path resource.
path_name | Identifies the path within the switch. The character string must begin with an alphabetic character, and may contain up to 31 additional alphanumeric characters. |

This command creates an RSVP-TE path resource.
The path_name parameter must begin with an alphabetical character and may contain alphanumeric characters and underscores (_), but it cannot contain spaces. The maximum allowed length for a name is 32 characters. For name creation guidelines and a list of reserved names, see Object Names.
The maximum number of configurable paths is 255.
Note
The RSVP-TE LSP is not signaled along the path until an LSP is created and then configured with the specified path_name.The following example creates an RSVP-TE path:
create mpls rsvp-te path path598
