Enable OSPF on a CLIP Interface

Before you begin

Enable Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) on a CLIP interface so that it can participate in OSPF routing.

In the navigation pane, expand Configuration > IP.
Select IP.
Select the Circuitless IP tab.
Select the required CLIP interface.
Select OSPF.
Select the Enable check box.

You must enable OSPF on the CLIP interface for CLIP to function.
In the current AreaId field, enter the IP address of the OSPF backbone area.
Select Apply.
