In an MSTP (Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol) environment, each MSTI (Multiple Spanning Tree Instances) independently elects
its own root bridge. The bridge with the lowest bridge ID becomes the MSTI regional root
bridge. The bridge ID includes the bridge priority and the MAC address.
