Configures the global PIM timers on the specified router interfaces.
|ipv4||Specifies the IPv4 address family.|
|ipv6||Specifies the IPv6 address family.|
|hello_interval||Specifies the amount of time before a hello message is sent out by the PIM router. The range is 1–65,535 seconds.|
|jp_interval||Specifies the join/prune interval. The range is 1–65,535 seconds.|
|vlan_name||Specifies a VLAN name.|
|all||Specifies all VLANs.|
These default timers should only be adjusted when excess PIM control packets are observed on the interface.
The following example configures the PIM timers on the VLAN accounting:
configure pim timer 150 300 vlan accounting
