A special CLI command mode provides a set of specific commands that are different in operation and syntax from the standard switch CLI command modes and the commands available in them. For example, a set of CLI commands that configure services on a Virtual Machine (VM).
Note
Special CLI command modes can be hardware dependent. For information about feature support, see Fabric Engine and VOSS Feature Support Matrix.
