Configure Multi-area SPB Layer 3 Static I-SID Routed Multicast Redistribution Policy in Home Area
About this task
Perform this procedure to configure Multi-area SPB Layer 3 static I-SID routed multicast redistribution policy in the home area.
Note
Routed multicast redistribution is available for IPv4 only. With the MAC learning disabled, the static data I-SID multicast redistribution policy takes precedence over the Layer 2 multicast redistribution.
Procedure
- In the navigation pane, expand the .
- Select MultiArea.
- Select the L3 MC Redist Home Static ISID List tab.
- Select Insert.
- In the Type field, select staticisid.
- Select Enable.
- In the IsidListName field, type the name of the I-SID list.
- In the Apply field, select apply.
- Select Insert.
