ping

Use the ping command to ping the specified IP address for a response. The ping command is accessible from the site:<named-site> context.

ping [source-interface (name name) | (number id)] ip address

Parameters

[source-interface (name name) | (number id)] Specifies that the source interface be pinged, by name or by ID number.
ip address Specifies an IP address for the server. The IP address can be either IPv4 (A.B.C.D) or IPv6 (A:B:C:D:E:F:G:H) format.

Example

The following example pings the RADIUS server configured for site1:
