Configuring the date

About this task

Configure the calendar time in the form of month, day, year, hour, minute, and second.

Procedure

  1. Log on as rwa to perform this procedure.
  2. To enter User EXEC mode, log on to the switch.
  3. Configure the date:

    clock set <MMddyyyyhhmmss>

Example

Switch:1> enable

Switch:1# clock set 19042014063030
