Use this command to administratively enable or disable one or more ports.
| enable | disable | Enables or disables the specified port(s). Default value: port state disabled. |

When force linkdown (see set forcelinkdown) is enabled, disabling a port using the set port disable command will not disable PoE on that port.
This example shows how to disable port ge.1.1:
System(rw)->set port disable ge.1.1
