set spantree portenable

Use this command to set the port status on one or more Spanning Tree ports.

Syntax

set spantree portenable port-string {enable | disable}

Parameters

port-string Specifies the port(s) to enable or disable. For a detailed description of possible port-string values, refer to Port String Syntax Used in the CLI in the S-, K-, and 7100 Series Configuration Guide.
enable | disable Enables or disables the Spanning Tree port.

Defaults

None.

Mode

All command modes.

Example

This example shows how to enable Spanning Tree port ge.1.12:

System(rw)->set spantree portenable ge.1.12 enable
