Configure Link Debounce for ports to hold the connection path until the carrier side switchover is complete.

If the platform supports channelization and the port is channelized, you must also specify the sub-port in the format slot/port/sub-port.
Configure the Link Debounce timer on port 1/2 to 300000 milliseconds.
